Day 1 of Sandwiches of History: LIVE!

You might be thinking, “what is that image above all about?” That, my friends is my sandwich schedule that I keep in the Notes app on my phone. For all of the dates on screen, I have recorded a sandwich so I can keep posting diaily despite being on the road.

You’ll notice on the top line that in addition to date I track name of the sandwich, year it was published, how came by the source if relevant, the stage it is in (scheduled record date/recorded/staged) and a short hand code for what shirt I am wearing in the video. Which seems silly but when I’m stacking recordings like this, I tend to forget when I wore what.
