Member Exclusive! Uncle Chainsaw Hot Sauce Tasting

Coming at ya with another Sandwiches of History Substack paying member exclusive video. Today, I am checking out four different hot sauces from Uncle Chainsaw out of Utah. They make one of my current favs, Scassa La Boca which uses garlic, Calabrian chilies, and white balsamic vinegar. They recently sent me four of their new flavors and we’re going give em a go. All of Uncle Chainsaw’s hot sauce labels and names have a death metal kind of them to them:

Doomrider - Mango, Curry, Habanero

Ripped To Shreds - Lemon, Black Pepper, Habanero

Death Walking Terror - Thai chilis, Asian herbs, Lime

Holy Smokes - Chipotle, Ghost Pepper, Soda Pop
