SoH Cookbook: Surprising Sandwiches done-ish
Plus a sub-section!
Man, this last month has been a year. Hosting Thanksgiving, doing the daily vids, the weekly recap, working on the cookbook, and travel for the holidays. It has been a lot. Then, when I was supposed to be driving with Christine to San Diego for the holidays (our families are there) this past Thursday, a last minute day job had me hop on a plane to Seattle for one day then down to San Diego. And I am doing another one day and out again today to the SF Bay Area and back. All this is to provide context for the lack of updates on the cookbook. Sorry about that.
Had a chat with my publisher last week. Have some things to clean up, recipes to test, and final items to write including the chapter on Tea Sandwiches but overall I seem to be doing pretty well from a pace and progress standpoint. Which is a huge relief. So, without further ado…the basis for the chapter on Surprising Sandwiches.
