Lots to do before January 15th
Well, I just thought I share a little update and some behind the scenes pics of my first actual recipe testing. What my publisher has asked for is one and a half chapters quickly so we can get the writing style consistent and then take off. So I’m doing Club Sandwiches and half of International Sandwiches first. I’ve re-written seven out of ten of the Club Sandwiches. Hoping to get the final three done this week.
