Cookbook cover art: Part 2

Four covers enter, only one leaves...

Merrily, the cookbook publishing process rolls forward. What you see in the image is some second round options for Vintage Sandwich Recipes: Subtitle TBD. My direction from the first round was that I had to have some sort of visual presence on the cover. I did not want for my image to be the entire cover but folks who see the book should be able to quickly get that it's a Sandwiches of History book. Also, that subtitle is nowhere near final so just ignore that for now.

I know which one I immediately gravitated toward but am curious what you think?
