So, my man Jake at NEWKS Hot Sauce asked if I would be interested in doing a collab hot sauce, I said say less. As you know, I have a fondness for fermented Calabrian chilis so we decided to base it on that. Not mild but also not a "blow the doors off the place" kind of hot sauce. And as a subscriber to my weekly recap, you're getting first crack at pre-ordering. The bottles won't ship until we launch on June 16th but yours will be the first out the door!

Ingredients: Calabrian Chili Paste (Sunflower Seed Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Vinegar, Basil), Red Bell Pepper, Red Wine Vinegar, Water, Roasted Garlic, Carrot, Habaneros and Black Pepper.
